Liquidator advises the Company has insufficient assets available to enable a distribution to any class of creditor. Accordingly, it is unlikely that there will be a distribution to shareholders. There is currently no plan for the Company to be relisted. Regarding the sale of the Coal asset/s relating to MRV Metals Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (Receivers Appointed), the Receivers appointed over same are in the process of dealing with the accounting/distribution of the sale proceeds for the sale of the asset/s. We don't have confirmation of the quantum of the distribution as of yet (therefore are unable to issue any declaration/s), however in any event and as mentioned above, it is unlikely that the quantum of the distribution is sufficient enough to enable a distribution to shareholders.
