Well you have posed an interesting question there, either ANW dont really have a binding agreement at all, or the seller has fibbed as it appears the Bowen Assets still remain with Moreton Resources at the moment, so it looks like someone is going to get caught out pretty badly here, so again this is where ASIC need to step up and ask how can a Company state to the market they have a binding agreement with a Company who does not even control or own the asset they say they are about to buy........
