Has anyone done anything to see if civil action can be taken against Mather and AJQ's board before our company was forced into administration because of their poor management and possible criminal/ fraudulent behaviour. DGR nearly finished also. Different company but same mismanagement.. Mather especially is now on the verge of taking DGR over by stealth and should AJQ's civil case be successful he will reap millions once again while small shareholders of both companies will probably, if not definitely, still lose out. Beggars believe that this man and his selected fellow directors are allowed to continue without any retribution or legal and statutory sanction
