You misrepresent the Supreme Court decision.

There was no unlawful conduct that resulted in a change of control. Just a change of control that at face value was obvious, but that rim say they had no idea about.

You say there is no fraud - yet some millions of dollars have been raised by a person acting as a director the Supreme Court ruled was not validly appointed as a director. if that money is lost - would it not follow the money was raised illegally ? Isn’t that fraud ?

As it sits today, Rim have benefited from millions of dollars of funding from both Billis and Giovinazzo’s financiers without providing any of those parties any consideration at all.

The providers of the money want something tangible. And they are likely to take legal action to get it. I warned the actions would hurt Rim - and it has.

Im warning it will get a lot worse.
