In reading your post I can conclude that:

• You do not know the facts surrounding the Arbitration case and are way off the mark as to your change of control event. Go read the judgment -it is all in there.
• It is a fact that Giovinazzo was masquerading as the sole director of GPR since 2021. The Supreme Court of Victoria found that he was never a director of GPR.
• Rimfire continued to deal with him since 2021 and even entered into an agreement with GPR signed by him in 2022. Giovinazzo paid millions and on this agreement he defaulted and Rimfire kept the money. Whose money is Rimfire keeping?
• Rimfire took millions of dollars from Giovinazzo. The judgment records that those funds were sourced from unknown "mums and dads" as loans who acted on representations that Giovinazzo was the sole director and owner of GPR. It is alleged that these loan funds were obtained by fraudulent means. These lenders will no doubt be looking to be repaid. GPR is not liable to repay anyone. The ultimate recipient of these funds was Rimfire. Will Giovinazzo pay back the lenders? With what? -bottle-tops!
• It is simple to deduce that aggrieved people will soon be "knocking on the door" looking for repayment of the millions of dollars in loans funds they had advanced.
• No doubt there will be complaints made to the authorities.
• I leave it to your imagination as to the impact on Rimfire and its board when all of the above festers.
