Ive gone over this endlessly, but happy to repeat again - its uncertainty driven by the legal issues, which are in turn driven by the mess created at GPR. There are large shareholders who can sell down the price to encourage negative sentiment, and then try to point to the price as example of a 'free market' - its barely 2m shares a day that move this things around.
Seen it many times before. Rinse and repeat.
Once we are through the arbitration etc, we will know where we are - and why not just wait for the results?
