The downside from this is that, worst case, RIM goes into administration and shareholders get 0.00 cents. IMO, anyone who buy's RIM stock today is a gambler, I would have thought the smart way for existing shareholders is to mitigate their risk - sell, claw back some $$ and take a FY25 tax loss for now. You can get back on the bus again if you think there is any upside post-decision.
