how attractive would the original offer have been if separation was part of the deal?
means nothing now anyway...telstra is a publicly listed company and the govt a MINORITY shareholder
recent mgt of telstra have represented the best interests of shareholders, in contrast to the previous inept mgt, which was little more than the govt's lapdog
telstra should say no way to any NBN participation..white elephant,financial blackhole imo...and do what is best for its future
still cash flow positive, last i checked
