    I've been unable to post for the last few days! Moderated??

    I do believe that someone who is looking at facing bankruptcy in the next months could purchase large parcels at a discount?/ then move to a shelf company.
    This would frustrate the board/ delay any actions with existing shareholders being twice removed...
