There have been many posters here who have tried to contact ROX by email or phone, and so far i've only seen m0ngy and Dog17 (?) actually get a response.

I can appreciate that it must be a chore at times to pacify SH, and often they ask questions of a $ sensitive nature (or simply idiotic ones) however it truly is the right of SH to ask and it's the MD's responsibility -- and JOB to respond. Not to a select few, but ALL. It's simply the sign of a true professional vs an amateur.

The lack of responses create further distrust, confusion etc and overall it's just disrespectful.
Since AP reads this board, this post is designed to bring it to his attention that his ways need to change especially when his credibility is at an all time low for a multitude of other reasons related to poor communication.

I saw this today on another thread, i'm not currently a holder (have been and may again soon). THIS is how a true professional handles SH queries and where the bar should be for AP.... oh and i'll let you all check for yourselves what this guys salary is comparatively...
