Hi Toby. It looks like they are doing really well. Can you explain why the share price is at three year lows?? That is the frustrating thing for us shareholders. You have the CEO thinking that he deserves performance shares if you get the share price to 50% of the initial IPO price. Gee isnt that rewarding mediocrity. I would have had no problems rewarding him if he had done something to add value to the company but when you have lost 50% of shareholder value then there is a problem. But actually it is worse than that at the moment he has lost about 65% of the value of shares that investors bought in the IPO
