What's funny is that when I and a few others were complaining about the deadlines being "compromised" (to put it mildly) a few months ago, you said here we were - don't recall the exact term you used - but basically wet sponges.

I tried to tell you that the info you were basing your hype at the time was outdated info.

But at least I'm happy to see that almost everyone on the board is in full agreement that the pattern of stating value drivers in newsletters and market reports and then not delivering on them and (what's worse) not giving shareholders an explanation as to what happened to those values drivers that are months overdue is unacceptable.

Beyond the delays, all I can say is that more than ever, I'm concerned about the PLE results. The delays in reporting that combined with the downplaying of the PLE trial in recent announcements has me wondering...if the results are good, I'll breath a huge sign of relief (note I'm talking about PLE, not EPP, which I have more confidence in).

But, the AGM is about T minus 30 days. If there is not a significant announcement by then, I really hope investors do not get snowed by the inevitable story of how they remain on target.

Very little to show for 2009 so far. But still a month to go before AGM 2009.

Annual report should be out this week or next IMO.
