I didn’t say that company may not have a valid and genuine reason why the results are consistently delayed. What I said was that the shareholders have a right to be informed of anything material and if it the company is not informing the market of delays we as capital owners of the company we have a right to demand answers from the board. Perhaps the reasons they have are justified or perhaps the data is still on its way or being processed by a third party. If the reasons are confidential, at least they (Clinuvel) should have the decency to go to the market and update it with new estimates. Because as far as I can tell one of the main reasons that this company is at the share price it is, is because the Clinuvel board continually disregard and offends the market’s expectations with timing of reporting, and not the results.

The key here is EXPECTATIONS just in case someone from Clinuvel is reading. You need to meet the market’s expectations of not only results, but how and when news is released. In all seriousness, most shareholders do not mind a genuine delay in the release of results if they are told about it. The results to date are good, however the company continually disappoints with its communication style and that I am sure if everyone's complaint here.
