It was said:
1. "I advise that the creditors resolved to wind the Company up on 13 June 2016 and I became the Liquidator."
2. "I confirm that under section 104-145 of the income Tax Assessment Act 1997, I as Liquidator of the Company have reasonable grounds to believe that
there is no likelihood that subordinated creditors, including shareholders, will receive any distribution from the assets availbale in the liquidation."

The mines are there but no money would be left for the MBN shareholders! You could not see it? You should put more time in English.
