The increased cost of capital to build everything would be through the roof. Throw in higher interest rates which increase debt repayments and overall risk. No way will this get a positive FID.
There is no way anyone is throwing billions of dollars at this. Such high running costs, Bod, consultants, studies and permits. Raising capital in the future at 4-6 cents.
Anyone who has no previous knowledge of this company would never buy TNG shares if they came across it. This would have to be one of the slowest sinking ships on the ASX. Death by 1 million paper cuts.
