    I wonder if Atlas Resources and Mr Flanagan have only received the same amount of information on this Namibian legal case, and suspension from trading, as retail investors have?

    I believe Atlas hold over 40% of SRR shares.

    I imagine Atlas are privy to every small detail, unlike retail investors, who know nothing.

    Is this shareholder discrimination?

    All shareholders are not created equal, some have money.
