    I too am a shareholder, and i am wanting some info on progress, if any.

    What are our chances of coming out on top?

    my understanding is that its over a $25mil investment that went sour... bit of a worry when thats more than we have on the books!

    However we werent directly involved in the deal, but is it a case of when we increased our intrest in the mine we bought the debt too? (if theres any debt to be payed).
