shareholder egm to appoint new board members

cmon HAZ, do we need to wait for the next quarterly cash flow for an update. The Board and Management need to take a serious look at themselves! The cash is all but gone (only solvent due to friendly party loans). I think that we should requisition a meeting of shareholders to appoint new independent directors that can provide an update and a realistic summary of the position of the company!!! what do we need 5% or how many in number. Who is interested in calling a meeting
