Thanks for your comment himalayan. Like so many others I was waiting for someone else to complain but your post has made me realise I am someone else so it was me that should do something and I have. I used the information below and had a good whinge, hopefully without stepping outside the legal constraints on such a complaint.

email ASIC at [email protected] and include the following information:

1. Your state of residence in the subject line of the email;
2. Details of your allegations, with reference to subject company and persons in the body of the email; and
3. Your name, address and telephone number in the body of the email so that we may contact you.

As it would be helpful for more than one shareholder to voice their concerns I trust I haven't stolen your initiative.
