I can confirm that this happened, I got the email with others emails in the cc.
I also got the apology letter too, from what seemed like a secretary? I emailed back to say we are all human and make mistakes. She genuinely seemed to be upset by the mistake
You can't tell me that none of the people here bitching about it haven't made mistakes. That's all it was, a simple mistake, move on
