    I don't think there is a option to vote on it - but correct me f wrong.

    Not against a raising per say. However just wary with the sp being so low for so long. And now facing share dilution.

    Hope this is all growing pains for nup. IF I knew there would be some large shareholders taking up their rights - I might sleep a little easier!
