Ok - so given the hamfisted investor relations performance of the CEO today how do people think they will vote at the upcoming AGM?
Remuneration Report - how do shareholders plan to vote?
Grant of Performance Rights to MD? - There's no link between share price performance and the grant of the MD rem package. Why? Does the Board think that the share price doesn't matter?
Increase in Directors Fees - Why? the share price performance has been abysmal. Why would shareholders reward directors at this point.
