Yes they should get paid.... revenue, ebitda, npat, eps, cash flow per share all still growing.
If market wants to throw hissy fits thats not reflective of the companies overall performance then directors should not be punished for it.
They should be punished if they say 20% growth and got negative growth. But headwinds were flagged a long time ago and still managed to grow the company and free cash flow.
