Shareholder Frustration

Given our seemingly general agreement on Kins ongoing poor performance as Chairman and (now our only only) Executive Director, I feel it is time to up the pressure on on Kin to come clean and communicate with his shareholders/ co-owners to explain exactly what is going on at Icandy Interactive.

Kin's cherry picking questions to answer and providing vague answers in a telecast doesn't cut it and the ICandy website is all icing and flashing lights and does not contain the up to date information current and future potential shareholders need.

Clearly he has no interest in comments in this forum and his general demeanor is one off aloofness and detached indifference towards providing his shareholders with the information they need to help in decision making on buy/hold/sell considerations concerning their shareholdings.

Kin has forced this situation upon us. We need to look at options to compel him to communicate to us in a way that is normally expected of a Chairman/Exectuve Officer in a business of the scale of ICandy. It is a pity it has had to come to this.

Question is - what is the best way to go about it? Clearly as individual shareholders - Kin has no interest in us. How strong are we as a shareholder group if we organise ourselves? What are our options going forward?

• Do we contact other key shareholders who surely must have similar concerns (unless they are being fed privy information)?
• Do we contact other Board Members directly (other key positions in the company?
• Do we communicate to the Board. that a Board move on Kin would be broadly welcomed?
  
• Do we take the media/publicity route exposing Kin's poor shareholder communication record?
• Other options?

Open for discussion. Interested to hear what appetite there is for the above - what other options - what is the best way forward?
I for one am fed up endlessly waiting on Kin to meet his shareholder obligations.
