The shareholders group lawyers have issued Bulletin 3. and Bulletin 4 in relation to potential shareholders class action.
They have made considerable progress in regard to negotiations with the OGX administrators both in requests for obtaining company information and also in regard to an alternative proposal for the funding and restructuring of the company Bulletin 4.
Bulletin 3. Also advises that at this stage the government has not released a CSLR (compensation scheme of last resort) or even draft legislation or proposal, however if they do, the shareholders lawyers will be in very good position to act on behalf of shareholders.
