The whole point is we shareholders don't have a seat at the negotiating table.
I believe the groups main goal should be to have a voice if possible in any recapitalisation plans.
From the email I received which is posted above in this thread, the administrators clearly stated that they will decide any recapitalisation plans.

I do wonder if the group should get into bed with the banks before the administrators come up with a deal that shafts the shareholders completely.
Possibly do everything in our power as a group to secure a loan rather than an equity raising.
