Media coverage is great !
Given the recent news that UK government rescues the national steel industry and our government finally taking action by announcing duties against cheap Chinese steel, the question of Arrium's survival is more certain than ever.
So our shareholders' focus is to be involved as much as possible in the future structure of the company.
In my opinion, government prefers the steel company to be Australian owned rather than owned by foreign hedged funds or private equity. Perhaps, we should :
- write to governments officials our intention to support future Arrium
- write to administrator and union about the same.
- get media coverage
We are on our own and need to take actions ASAP! Thanks peddles1!
