I would suggest a delegation of shareholder group members meet with the banks to nut out a deal.
They want their money and we want our share value.
I'd even go so far as offering them 2 seats on the board if they could assist in avoiding a capital raising.
Should they be willing to help out surely a deal regarding no dividends to be paid until at least 50 percent of all debt has been repaid. Or something similar, any ideas?
