    Comments were only directed at stressed out holders. Some holders cope very well with these situations & that is a sign they are either very experienced investors or have a mature calm outlook to investing. Unfortunately, for every calm cool investor there are plenty of stressed panic stricken investors.
    Full agree for some just getting away for computer screens & market noise through media may also help.
