A few possibilities

Somebody of late has been accumulating small parcels. Me included adding to my holdings.

Recently the sp has been FORCED to its knees for a trading reason

I have been watching the trades and as soon as a buy was placed it was follow by a dump to quell any activity.

Then gradually the sell side began to reduce.

The company does have a quality cloud based business model with high profiled collaborations and continues to show excellent growth with the ERP division.

Their cash position continues to increase

They do have an excellent business model

Now, it maybe a trader playing games to set himself/herself for a mini pump and dump.

Or it maybe someone from the Asian region that works in the environment where a potential acquisition is in the making and has access to the possibilities. Office worker

If that acquisition happens to be with a major player in the Asian market then a whole new opportunity opens up.

Recently I have been critical due to my impatience- however I do sense that this management knows the space in which they are marketing JCurve

Will watch with interest whether this is a mini pump/dump or a substantial restating

IMO the sp is at a ridiculously low level for a company that has a cash flow that repeats and continues to grow.
