News articles coming out of Mali are suggesting "In an official press release dated 19 June, 2024, the General Administrator of Morila SA informed all employees of the conclusion of an agreement for the transfer of the company's assets and liabilities with the investor Firefinch. This approach is part of the management of the crisis that Morila SA is going through, and aims to ensure an effecitive relaunch of mining activities.
Despite this agreement, the process of restarting the mining operations could take between three and six months, due to the ongoing search for a new investor. As a result, the General Administration of Morila SA announced the termination of the employment contract of all workers for economic reasons, as of 19 June, 2024, after a period of economic unemployment for some employees.

- the overdue interim accounts and the annual financial report lodgement to enable the Annual General Meeting to proceed and;
- the timeline for the Annual General Meeting to put to shareholders resolutions to vote on;
