Oh I reread. Yeah if they bought more , then those could be LIFO for CGT purposes.
Or did they buy them at same time as demerger so not necessarily LI - so the ATO will need to make a ruling on the entire cost base (then we average that out to get the cost base for that $20 mill extra) - which cost base is likely needed anyway for what is to come…
