Getting use of the tax losses this company made sways it for me. If we are getting shafted with CGT in Mali, Company tax in Aus on OS income, and then personal income tax on a dividend.... ain't a whole lot left of the pie.... Whatever is most tax effective gets my vote. Even if it's just used on tranche 1, that'll be something extra in my pocket.
