Sure they slipped up not having a new in-country manager and getting a better word in to the Junta...that's not even close to enough...
Be good if shareholders stood up for themselves and said no to bonuses given the circumstances of catastrophic loss in shareholder wealth, but honestly I can see all resolutions passing. Some by a more narrow margin that others.
