The by-product credits of rich cobalt and scandium in San Jorge Tenement would have to be factored into the pricing of the ores Axiom feeds into those refiners. You can have a billion-dollar refiner, unless someone feeds you with the ores to be processed, your billion-dollar refiner has to be sitting there wasting share holders’ money. It is an INTER-dependent relationship.
