2. The correct procedures have not been released by the government yet.
3. We can't say where we sit in an, as of yet, non existent process.

Now I get that you will say....then how can you be positive?

I base my positivity on local and governmental support, out dealings in the Solomon's to date and the need all stakeholders have reference moving this thing forward. I'm sure even you would acknowledge that we can get Isabel up and running faster than any other operater, given the work (perhaps foolishly), we have already done.

BTW, well done with NCR. A lot of people would not have been as fortunate or astute as you were with that one.
