I've got a friend living in Burma teaching to school kids. I've got a friend in Fiji working for the UN. Previously he was in Vanuatu and before that Aceh, Indonesia. So many expats living in 3rd world countries getting paid a fraction of RM's $1m salary. They do not moan about it, in fact they enjoy the different culture and experience.
Remember, AVQ pay for his stay there at a cost of $160k p.a.. Surely that pays for a nice place in SI and a nice company car and who knows what else, better than the land holders anyway. Wonder if they know AVQ even has a secretary on $160k p.a.
