NAB isn't the only creditor tied up with formal agreements. Don't forget they defaulted on payments to vendors under the agreements as early as July in the case of Access Acquisition Agreemnet and August for the Tri-Surv agreement, STS appear to be in November and there are no details given for SES acquisition agreement. None of this information was released until the issued the Prospectus.
