I dont know if this ownership is Aurora cannabis or if it is Neil's own share. If it were Neil's own share, that would put Aurora Cannabis's control at around 42% of the company.

Could you tell me if Neil's 32 million shares are actually Aurora's or owned by Neil through an investment vehicle?

If it is indirect it means they are owned by an entity he is associated with. If he is director of Aurora, he is associated with Aurora and has to disclose that association.

So no, he would not hold 22% in addition to Aurora's holding.
