The boo hoo brigade who claim anti management posters are ill considered and the world will cave in if there is change ( and the Chinese and Koreans will be displeased) are delusional. Firstly no meaningful off take discussions would be occurring until the PFS is completed and then they would still need more time to test the end product. This is the factual reality of anyone who knows the battery mineral space….so any outcome will be at least 6 months away so therefore product dependent and not who is driving the bus.
So in consideration for a very obvious need for change.
Mid year the shares were at 9c as successful intersections were announced at Cauchari to add to a global top 10 resource at Kachi.China’s second largest lithium player announces a huge investment in our neighbour at the same time they announce a huge 10 year supply agreement with VW.
The stars are aligning yes?…..the shares should have been going up? Not if management had

• Previously entered into convertible note financing with the conversions at big discounts to VWAP’s
• Hastily announced the cessation of drilling at Cauchari short of the target depth only to announce shortly thereafter that it has reached and was going beyond target depth ( Confused anyone)
• Announced a capital raising at 4.5c with proceeds to pay out the remainder of the Amvest convertible note
• Not pay out Amvest and watch as further conversions occur at very low prices
• Entered into a further $1.5 million tranche with Amvest several weeks ago.

The shares are now 3.5c with any uptick for the foreseeable future to be met by con note conversions and selling
This is not trolling its alarming
