In the meantime is their any official action or intent for official action potential form us that we could lodge to management that would make them stop and think if not just for a second?
Not from financial background either so not up on the technical stuff, BUT from my experience if i were management and received a letter addressed to me on my desk that kinda looked official and that it had potential gain 50% shareholder support, i would take this seriously and start thinking twice not underestimating the extent shareholders are prepared to go on this one.

Just my opinion.
