If the tech was so appealing at this "near finished" stage ... why didn't WD offer to take the CR (at a small premium) and the SP would have flown. WD would still be a minority shareholder but with the inside running and shareholders would now be happier.

is just the "pump" before the "dump" now.
Sure ... things have progressed but markets are so much higher than ever before - EVER before. Standing still is going backwards.
