    If you win then that's the end of the rest of us and our pathetic value in these shares.

    I for one don't give oxygen to ambulance chasers. Barda ditched us because we didn't meet whatever it was they wanted or it was political. Tough luck for us.

    If we could sue on all the other stuff then good but not this.
