I'm not seeing any incentive for shareholders to vote yes.
My $20k investment (big bikkies for me) has been whittled down to less than $200 under this arrangement. Let's assume that given this proposal most people have written off their investment.
The cost to saying yes is, a) brokerage to sell your issued shares, b) time to read another over worded document from FH which still doesn't explain what happened, and c) the cost of looking yourself in the mirror and knowing you just handed over those assets in which you invested to the very people who destroyed the value of your investment.
Why would I want shares in a company run by this mob, with an incomplete plant with undisclosed issues with a history of cost blowouts and failure to meet JV commitments. It's not worth costs a, b and c.
Show me disclosure and accountability. Then I will be ready to consider doing business.
