After this CR they will have $5,5m (max. subs $3,4m + 2m in hand).
Of course they will make CRs over the time but they will not spend all the money all of a sudden after the meeting.
It will take a lot of time to spend;
2m for software development,
1.3m for expansion of offshore back office resources,
600k sales, advertising and marketing
and other...
and 700k still in hand.
Why would MW like to dilute his shares by constantly making CR!
