    The meeting has been postponed twice. What the hell is going on. Do they want a meeting or not. The meeting was supposed to start 10:00am on 27th Sept 02, yet they inform the market at 5:00pm 27th Sept 02 that it has been postponed. Is anyone running this company or is it steering itself into oblivion?

    1st quarter has passed and the company remains steadfastly silent on whether it has postive EBITDA.
