Perhaps the directors can explain a few things to shareholders:
(1) Completion date for FNTS deal was Sept 02, as its not mentioned in the resolutions. Does this mean FNTS is up in SMOKE?
(2) Company has indicated its debt free, yet June quarterly indicates that financing facilities have been utilised.
(3) A justification of director fees paid given woeful share price and that they havent yet said they will be EBITDA postive this quarter (something we have read many times). Time is running out.
(4) A justification of keeping current board members who appear to have little or no telco experience.
