Any body know how one goes about calling a shareholder meeting as I am seriously p>>>ed off with recent developments.

Egypt appears to be back on its feet, Centamin and other companies operating in Egypt have come out with positive news about their Egyptian operations, a new Egyptian Petroleum Minister has been appointed, the new minister has stated all existing agreements are safe, (I could go one) but GIP has FA to say.

Stellar releases two great announcements about Heemskirk and still GIP says nothing! As pointed out elsewhere, today Stellar shares increased by 29.4% while GIP shares stayed pat.

I believe its time for shareholders to call a meeting to demand more information, and address the composition of the BOD some members of which are IMO incompetent.
