Strange that Haynes pursued this 249D as you would suspect that he would have gone to the register and sort firm support, prior to bringing about the resolution. Makes you wonder what the motive was.
Anyhow, good to have the current team remain at the helm, as they certainly have the track record to make thwhat is happen and the shares are dirt cheap so even tucking away $5-10k could prove lucrative in the next 2-3 years.
The question now will be what CPS and their associates do with their shares. Could be a bit of overhang but also an opportunity if they are motivated to exit.
