The communication and progress so far clearly tells me we need new leadership.
My guess is management was not happy with last years lack of performance bonuses/shares despite dropping from the year before so didn’t do their job hoping for a more sweet deal this year.
My view is new blood with maintenance wages and performance bonuses when we actually go somewhere. The market in my view has a distrust for the current senior management.
time for a change.
